Refund & Return Policy

At MuscleSpark, we stand behind the elite quality of our products. Your satisfaction and trust are paramount. Our return and refund policies are designed to be as straightforward and transparent as our formulas.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is defective or damaged.
• The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
• The product seal must remain completely intact. Unsealed, opened, or partially consumed products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with your Order ID and photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, wrong product). Once our QA team approves the request, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no additional cost.

3. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

• Prepaid Orders: The refund will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will be requested to provide bank account details or a UPI ID for the refund transfer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Any product that has been opened, used, or lacks its original seal is strictly non-returnable. Promotional items, free gifts, and clearance products are also ineligible for returns.
