All orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may be slightly delayed during major sales events or public holidays.
We partner with elite courier services to ensure rapid delivery. Standard delivery within metro cities takes 1-3 business days. Deliveries to non-metro and remote locations typically take 3-6 business days. Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your pincode.
We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499. For prepaid orders below ₹1,499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹99 applies. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a non-refundable COD handling fee of ₹50 is applied regardless of the order value.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, our courier partners will typically make two more attempts. If the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus any shipping costs incurred.
