• Free delivery on orders over ₹999
• Cash on delivery is available at no extra charge.

Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 2 working day(s) of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Once dispatched, typical delivery times within India are:

• Metro cities: 2–4 working days
• Other cities and towns: 4–7 working days
• Remote and North-East areas: 7–10 working days

These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, strikes or other events outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will always help you trace a delayed parcel.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you have not received it within 3 working days, contact us at musclesspark@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Please double-check your address and PIN code at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available after multiple attempts, we can re-ship it once you pay the delivery charge again.
