By placing an order with MusclesSpark you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. An order is confirmed only once payment is successful and we have sent you a confirmation.

Order totals are always calculated on our servers from the current catalogue price. If the amount submitted from your device does not match, the server price applies.

Standard delivery is ₹0, and free on orders over ₹999. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working day(s). Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees — see our Shipping Policy.

Because these are consumable nutrition products, we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed items, or items that arrived damaged or incorrect. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nutritional information is provided in good faith, but you should consult a doctor before starting any supplement — particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or taking medication.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to breach security, scrape at scale, submit false orders, or interfere with other customers' use of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
