Step by step

  1. Complete your profile

Open your dashboard and add your bank account or UPI ID. We do not ask for this until you have been accepted, so it will be empty when you first sign in.

  2. Submit your KYC documents

Upload the identity documents requested in the dashboard. These are stored privately and are never published anywhere on the site. Payouts cannot be released until KYC is verified — that is a legal requirement, not a preference.

  3. Wait for commissions to become eligible

A commission is not claimable the moment an order is placed. It becomes eligible once the order has been delivered and the returns window has closed, because until then the sale can still reverse.

  4. Request a withdrawal

When your eligible balance passes the minimum, request a withdrawal from the dashboard. Anything below the minimum simply rolls into the next month rather than being lost — the threshold exists so a bank transfer fee is never spent moving a trivial amount.

  5. Track the request

A request moves through requested, approved and paid. It can also be held if something needs checking, or rejected with a reason. You can see which state it is in at any time.

Payout periods

Commissions are grouped by the month the order was DELIVERED, not the month it was placed. Each period pays out on the 15th of the following month. An order delivered on 28 May therefore belongs to the May period and settles on 15 June. Your dashboard shows this as a date rather than a rule, so you do not have to work it out.

If an order reverses after you were paid

A commission already marked paid is never automatically clawed back. If an order is cancelled or refunded before payment, the commission is withdrawn and shows as void. If it happens after, it is handled manually rather than by silently adjusting a past payout.

Common questions

Why can I not request a withdrawal?

The usual reasons are that your eligible balance is below the minimum, your KYC is not yet verified, or your commissions are still inside the returns window. The dashboard states which one applies.

How long does a payout take to arrive?

Once marked paid, a bank transfer typically lands within 2–3 working days depending on your bank.

My withdrawal is on hold. What does that mean?

Something needed checking before releasing money — commonly a KYC detail, or an order in the request that changed status after it was raised. It is not a rejection, and the reason is shown on the request.

Are my ID documents visible on the website?

No. They are stored outside the public area of the site entirely, and are only accessible to the store owner for verification.

When exactly do I get paid?

Commissions are grouped by the month the order was DELIVERED, and each period settles on the 15th of the following month. Delivered on 28 May means the May period, paid on 15 June.

What is the minimum payout, and what happens below it?

There is a minimum so a bank transfer fee is never spent moving a trivial amount. Anything below it rolls into the next month rather than being lost.

Which documents do you need for KYC?

The identity documents listed in your dashboard. Payouts cannot be released until KYC is verified — that is a legal requirement rather than a preference.
