Programme rules: what earns, and what does not
You cannot earn commission on your own orders. Beyond that the rules are short: promote honestly, do not bid on our brand name, and do not post your code to coupon sites.

You cannot earn on your own purchases
If the email on an order matches the email on your partner account, the order goes through normally — you keep the discount your code gives — but no commission is paid. This is not a fault and it is not something support can override on request. The reason is straightforward: without it, a partner could buy their own supplies at a discount and be paid a commission for doing so, which is buying stock below cost rather than promoting. Every major affiliate programme works this way.
Friends and family
An order placed by someone else, from their own email, earns normally — we do not police who your audience is. What is not allowed is placing orders yourself using another person’s email to get around the rule above. That is straightforward fraud, and it is visible to us because the delivery address, payment method and click pattern do not match a real second customer.
Testing your own link
Partners often want to check their link works before promoting it. Clicking it is enough — your dashboard counts the click. If you want to see a full sale flow, ask someone else to order, or contact us and we will confirm your tracking is live. Placing the order yourself will show you the discount working but will never show a commission, which is expected rather than broken.
How you may promote
Post your link and code wherever you genuinely reach people: your bio, stories, videos, blog, a WhatsApp group of your own community. Say what you actually think of the products. Honest criticism does not breach any rule here.
What is not allowed
Do not run paid ads on our brand name or close misspellings of it — that captures people already looking for us and is not traffic you brought. Do not post your code to public coupon or deal aggregator sites, which does the same thing at scale. Do not claim our products treat, prevent or cure any condition; supplements are regulated and a false health claim is a legal problem for both of us. Do not use our logo to imply you speak for the brand rather than promote it.
What happens if a rule is broken
Commissions from the affected orders are withdrawn, and the account may be suspended. A suspended partner keeps access to their earnings history but cannot earn or withdraw. We will always tell you the reason.
Common questions
I placed an order with my own code and got no commission. Is this a bug?
No. Self-referral is blocked deliberately. Your order and its discount are unaffected; only the commission is skipped. This is the single most common thing partners report as a fault, and it is working as intended.
Can my wife, brother or flatmate order using my code?
Yes, provided they place the order themselves from their own email. What is not allowed is you placing the order and using their address to disguise it.
How do I test that my link is tracking without losing the commission?
Open the link yourself — the click is recorded and appears in your dashboard, which confirms tracking works. For an end-to-end test, have someone else place a small order, or ask us to confirm.
Can I run Google or Meta ads for MuscleSpark?
You may advertise your own content. You may not bid on our brand name or misspellings of it, because that intercepts people who were already coming to us.
Can I say a product helps with an injury or a medical condition?
No. Do not make claims about treating, preventing or curing anything. Describe what the product is and how you use it. This protects you as much as us.
Will I be told if my account is suspended?
Yes, with the reason. Your earnings history stays visible, but you cannot earn or withdraw while suspended.
