Timings, and what the dashboard cannot do
A commission appears as soon as the order is placed, becomes claimable a set number of days after delivery, and pays on the 15th of the following month. Cash-on-delivery orders earn exactly like any other.

When a sale appears
Immediately. The commission row is written at the moment the order is created, not when it is paid or shipped, so if a referred order does not show in Earnings straight away then it did not attribute — go to the troubleshooting article rather than waiting.
Cash on delivery
A COD order earns exactly like a prepaid one, and the commission is created the same way. The only difference is in your conversion counter: a COD order counts as a conversion straight away, because nothing further has to happen for it to be a real sale, whereas an online payment counts once the payment is confirmed. That is why an abandoned card checkout never inflates your numbers.
When it becomes claimable
A commission sits in the pending window until the order has been delivered AND the returns window has passed. The store sets that window — seven days unless the owner has changed it — and it is counted from the delivery date, not the order date. So a slow delivery pushes the claimable date out with it.
When it is paid
Commissions are grouped by the month the order was DELIVERED, and each period settles on the 15th of the following month. Delivered on 28 May means the May period, paid on 15 June. A delivery on 1 June belongs to June and waits until 15 July, which is why two sales a few days apart can pay a month apart.
What the dashboard does not do
There is no CSV or spreadsheet export, no per-product breakdown of what sold through your link, and no mobile app — the dashboard is a website that works on a phone. These are honest gaps rather than features hidden somewhere. If you need your figures for tax or accounting, ask us and we will send them.
Common questions
How soon after someone buys does it show in my dashboard?
Straight away. The commission is recorded when the order is created. If it is not there within a minute or two, the sale did not attribute to you and waiting will not change that.
Do I earn on cash-on-delivery orders?
Yes, identically to a prepaid order.
How long is the returns window?
Seven days after delivery unless the store has changed it. Your commission becomes claimable once that window closes.
Can I download my earnings as a spreadsheet?
Not from the dashboard — that does not exist yet. Ask us and we will send you the figures.
Is there a partner mobile app?
No. The dashboard is a website designed to work on a phone browser.
Can I see which of my products sells best?
Not as a report. Each earnings row names its order, so a small number of sales can be read by hand, but there is no per-product summary.
Two sales a week apart are paying a month apart. Why?
They fell into different payout periods. Periods are set by the DELIVERY month, so a delivery on the 31st and one on the 1st are in consecutive periods and settle a month apart.
