Tax, invoices and changes to your terms
Nothing is deducted from a withdrawal automatically — the amount you request is the amount raised. How tax applies to that income depends on your own situation, so confirm it with us and your accountant before your first payout.

What the system does
When you request a withdrawal, the amount raised is the eligible balance you asked for. Nothing in the dashboard applies a deduction to it, so what you see requested is what the request is for. Payment is made by bank transfer or UPI to the details on your account, and the transaction reference is recorded against it.
What we cannot tell you
How income tax applies to what you earn depends on your total income, whether you are registered for GST, and how you file — none of which we can see, and none of which we are qualified to advise on. Partner earnings are income, so treat them as declarable and speak to an accountant if your situation is not straightforward. Ask us before your first withdrawal and we will confirm how we handle the payment on our side, including whether anything is deducted and what documentation we can issue.
Getting a statement of earnings
The dashboard has no export today. Ask us and we will send your earnings figures for a period — order numbers, amounts and payout dates — in a form you can hand to an accountant.
Can your commission rate change?
Two different numbers can move, and they behave differently. The split on a code you have already created is snapshotted when the code is made, so a later change to a product’s pool cannot reduce what a circulating code pays — that protection is deliberate, because you have already promoted it. The rate agreed on your account can be changed by the store, and would apply to sales after the change, never retrospectively to commissions already recorded.
Changes to the partner terms
The terms can be updated. When they are, you are asked to read and accept the new version before your next withdrawal request goes through, and a record is kept of which version you accepted and when — so both sides can see what was agreed at any point in time rather than arguing about it later.
Common questions
Is TDS deducted from my payout?
Nothing in the dashboard deducts anything — the amount raised is the amount you requested. How the payment is treated on our side is a question for us directly, so ask before your first withdrawal rather than assuming.
Do I get an invoice or a TDS certificate?
Ask us. We can send a statement of your earnings; anything beyond that depends on how the payment is handled, which we will confirm.
Do I have to declare this income?
Commission is income. We cannot advise on your tax position — speak to an accountant, particularly if you earn from several brands.
Can the store reduce my commission rate?
The rate on your account can be changed and would apply to future sales only. Commissions already recorded are not recalculated, and the split on codes you have already created is fixed at the moment you made them.
What happens if the terms change?
You are asked to accept the new version before your next withdrawal. Your acceptance history is kept, so it is always clear which version applied when.
If my account is closed, do I lose what I have earned?
No. Commission on orders already delivered and cleared is still paid, including where an account was suspended.
