How to join the partner programme

I applied but cannot sign in. What is wrong?

Almost always the password has not been created yet. Applying does not create one — you have to open the link in the approval email and set it there. If your application is still under review, or was declined, the login page will tell you so directly once you enter your details.

I never received any email.

Check your Spam and Promotions folders and search your inbox for “musclesspark”. If it genuinely is not there, use “Forgot password, or never got your setup link?” on the login page and we will send a fresh one.

My setup link says it is invalid or expired.

Setup links are single use and time limited. Once you have set a password the link stops working, which is deliberate. Use “Forgot password, or never got your setup link?” on the login page to get a new one.

I saw “Too many applications from this device”.

There is a daily cap per device to blunt spam. It counts only applications that were actually submitted, not ones rejected for a typo, and the cap is six a day. If you still see it, wait until tomorrow or contact support.

Do I need bank details or ID to apply?

No. We deliberately do not ask for either until you have been accepted. There is no reason for us to hold a stranger’s identity documents, and you add them yourself in the dashboard when you want to withdraw.

Your tracking link and discount codes

How long does my link keep working?

The cookie lasts 30 days from the click by default. The store owner can change that window in settings.

Do I only earn on the product I linked to?

No. Every eligible product in the order earns, each at its own rate. Linking to one product does not limit you to it.

Someone bought using my link but I see nothing.

Commission appears once the order exists, but it is not payable immediately — it stays pending until the order is delivered and the returns window has passed. Check the Earnings screen, where each commission shows its own status.

Where do I find my tracking link?

At the top of your dashboard. It looks like musclesspark.com/r/YOURCODE, and every product row also has a Copy Link button that points at that product with your code attached.

How do I link to one specific product?

Use the Copy Link button on that product’s row in your dashboard. It sends people straight to that product page, and you still earn on anything else they add to the basket.

What actually breaks tracking?

The cookie lives in one browser. Clicking on a phone and buying on a laptop, clearing cookies, or browsing privately and closing the window all lose it. None of these are things you can control, and every affiliate network has the same limits.

They clicked my link but typed a different partner’s code. Who earns?

The partner whose code was typed. A code someone deliberately enters beats a cookie set days earlier.

They used an ordinary store promotion instead of my code. Do I lose the sale?

No. A store promotion earns nobody a commission, so it cannot displace you — your cookie still credits the sale to you.

How your commission is worked out

Read the article →
Why is my commission “pending” when the customer has already paid?

Because the sale is not final until the goods arrive and the returns window closes. Paying before that would mean clawing money back from you whenever an order came back, which is worse for everyone.

An order was refunded. What happens to my commission?

It is withdrawn and shows as void. This is true even if it had already been approved — a refunded order is not a sale.

The rate on my commission row does not match my code’s discount.

The rate shown is the effective rate that actually produced the amount, blended across a mixed basket. It is derived from what you earned rather than copied from a headline number, so it will not always be a round figure.

Can I earn commission on my own purchase?

No. An order placed with the email on your partner account goes through normally, but pays no commission.

What is a pool?

The single number a product carries for partner activity. You split it between the discount your customer gets and the commission you keep, so a bigger discount means a smaller commission and the store’s cost stays the same either way.

Why do two products in the same order pay different rates?

Because each has its own pool. A 30%-pool product and a 20%-pool product in one basket pay differently and correctly; one blended rate would overpay on the cheaper pool and underpay on the richer one.

What do the statuses mean?

Pending window: not yet delivered, or the returns window is still open. Eligible: claimable. Approved: the store has confirmed it. Paid: sent. Void: the order was cancelled or refunded, so the commission was withdrawn.

What happens to my commission if the customer cancels?

It is withdrawn and shows as void, with the order number so you can see which one. A cancelled order is not a sale.

Getting paid: KYC, withdrawals and payout dates

Read the article →
Why can I not request a withdrawal?

The usual reasons are that your eligible balance is below the minimum, your KYC is not yet verified, or your commissions are still inside the returns window. The dashboard states which one applies.

How long does a payout take to arrive?

Once marked paid, a bank transfer typically lands within 2–3 working days depending on your bank.

My withdrawal is on hold. What does that mean?

Something needed checking before releasing money — commonly a KYC detail, or an order in the request that changed status after it was raised. It is not a rejection, and the reason is shown on the request.

Are my ID documents visible on the website?

No. They are stored outside the public area of the site entirely, and are only accessible to the store owner for verification.

When exactly do I get paid?

Commissions are grouped by the month the order was DELIVERED, and each period settles on the 15th of the following month. Delivered on 28 May means the May period, paid on 15 June.

What is the minimum payout, and what happens below it?

There is a minimum so a bank transfer fee is never spent moving a trivial amount. Anything below it rolls into the next month rather than being lost.

Which documents do you need for KYC?

The identity documents listed in your dashboard. Payouts cannot be released until KYC is verified — that is a legal requirement rather than a preference.

A tour of your partner dashboard

Why is my conversion count lower than the number of orders I know about?

Online-payment orders only count once payment is confirmed, and an order the customer abandoned at checkout never counts. This keeps the figure honest rather than inflated by carts nobody paid for.

Should I share my link or my code?

The link, wherever it is clickable, because it needs the customer to do nothing. Use the code for places a link does not work — spoken in a video, printed, or read aloud.

Can I see who bought?

No. You see the order number, its value and your commission, but not the customer’s name, email or address. That is their data, not ours to share.

What counts as a click?

Every genuine open of your link. Automated traffic — link previews, crawlers, bots — is identified and excluded, so the number is deliberately conservative rather than flattering.

What is the difference between a click and a conversion?

A click is someone opening your link. A conversion is an order that is a real commitment: cash on delivery counts immediately, an online payment counts once the payment is confirmed.

Where do I add my bank details?

In your profile, in the dashboard. Nothing about earning requires them — add them when you want to withdraw.

Creating your own discount codes

Read the article →
It says my code is already taken.

Codes are unique across the whole store, including the shop’s own promotions and other partners’ codes. Try a variation with your name or handle in it.

Why can I not create a code yet?

Your account details need completing first. A code is where a partner starts creating a liability for the store, so it is gated behind knowing who you are.

Why will it not let me offer the discount I want?

You would be left below the minimum commission you must keep. The screen shows the largest discount you can offer on that product.

Does a product code stop me earning on other things in the basket?

No. The discount applies only to its product, but you still earn on every other eligible item in the same order.

How many codes can I have?

Enough for normal use. There is a cap on how many you can create in a short period, purely to stop automated bulk creation.

Programme rules: what earns, and what does not

Read the article →
I placed an order with my own code and got no commission. Is this a bug?

No. Self-referral is blocked deliberately. Your order and its discount are unaffected; only the commission is skipped. This is the single most common thing partners report as a fault, and it is working as intended.

Can my wife, brother or flatmate order using my code?

Yes, provided they place the order themselves from their own email. What is not allowed is you placing the order and using their address to disguise it.

How do I test that my link is tracking without losing the commission?

Open the link yourself — the click is recorded and appears in your dashboard, which confirms tracking works. For an end-to-end test, have someone else place a small order, or ask us to confirm.

Can I run Google or Meta ads for MuscleSpark?

You may advertise your own content. You may not bid on our brand name or misspellings of it, because that intercepts people who were already coming to us.

Can I say a product helps with an injury or a medical condition?

No. Do not make claims about treating, preventing or curing anything. Describe what the product is and how you use it. This protects you as much as us.

Will I be told if my account is suspended?

Yes, with the reason. Your earnings history stays visible, but you cannot earn or withdraw while suspended.

A sale did not track. What now?

Read the article →
A friend definitely used my link but there is no commission.

Ask two questions: was the order placed from your own email, and did they buy on the same device they clicked from. Those two account for nearly every report of this. If neither applies, send us the order number and we can check the record and credit it manually if it is genuinely yours.

Can you add a sale that did not track?

Yes, where it is genuinely yours. We can credit an order to a partner after the fact, and it is paid by exactly the same calculation as an automatic one. Send the order number.

My earnings went down.

An order was cancelled or refunded, so its commission was withdrawn. The row will show as void with the order number, so you can see which one.

My dashboard shows clicks from people I did not send.

Link previews and bots also open links. Automated traffic is filtered out of your counted clicks, so the number you see is already conservative.

Do I earn on the shipping charge or the COD fee?

No. Those are costs the store pays out rather than revenue, so commission is worked out on the goods only.

Nothing has moved in my dashboard for weeks.

Commissions sit in the pending window until the order is delivered AND the returns window has passed. For a slow delivery, several weeks between the sale and the money becoming claimable is normal.

Managing your account, password and details

Read the article →
I set my password but cannot sign in.

The login page now tells you the specific reason when you enter your details — a wrong password, an application still under review, a suspended account, or a password that was never actually created. If it says the password was never set, use the setup-link button on that page.

My setup link says invalid or expired.

They are single use and time limited, and stop working once used. Request a fresh one from the login page.

I did not receive the email.

Check Spam and Promotions and search for “musclesspark”. Mail from us can be filtered, particularly when it contains a sign-in link.

Can I have two partner accounts?

No. One person, one account. Multiple accounts are usually an attempt to work around the self-referral rule and are treated that way.

Will changing my bank details delay a payout?

A request already raised pays to the details captured at the time. Change them first, then request.

Timings, and what the dashboard cannot do

Read the article →
How soon after someone buys does it show in my dashboard?

Straight away. The commission is recorded when the order is created. If it is not there within a minute or two, the sale did not attribute to you and waiting will not change that.

Do I earn on cash-on-delivery orders?

Yes, identically to a prepaid order.

How long is the returns window?

Seven days after delivery unless the store has changed it. Your commission becomes claimable once that window closes.

Can I download my earnings as a spreadsheet?

Not from the dashboard — that does not exist yet. Ask us and we will send you the figures.

Is there a partner mobile app?

No. The dashboard is a website designed to work on a phone browser.

Can I see which of my products sells best?

Not as a report. Each earnings row names its order, so a small number of sales can be read by hand, but there is no per-product summary.

Two sales a week apart are paying a month apart. Why?

They fell into different payout periods. Periods are set by the DELIVERY month, so a delivery on the 31st and one on the 1st are in consecutive periods and settle a month apart.

Who can join, and what it costs

Read the article →
How many followers do I need?

There is no minimum. Applications are reviewed individually, and a small relevant audience beats a large irrelevant one.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. There is no fee of any kind.

Do I have to buy a product before I can promote it?

No. If you choose to buy one, remember that ordering through your own code pays you no commission.

Do partners get free products?

There is no standing policy, so ask us rather than assuming either way.

Can I join if I am not in India?

You can promote from anywhere, but payouts go to an Indian bank account or UPI ID. If that is a problem for you, talk to us before applying.

My application was rejected because a field was wrong. Did that use up an attempt?

No. Only applications that were actually submitted and stored count towards the daily limit. A submission refused for a bad field costs you nothing.

Can I edit my application after sending it?

Not from the form. Email us the correction and we will attach it to your application before it is reviewed.

I applied twice by mistake.

The second attempt is refused — one application per email address — so there is nothing to undo and no harm done.

I was declined. Can I apply again?

Not with the same email, because that address already has an application on file. If your situation has genuinely changed, contact us and say what changed rather than reapplying from a second address, which is treated as an attempt to work around the decision.

Disclosing your partnership, and using our brand

Read the article →
Do I have to disclose that I earn a commission?

Yes, on any post carrying your link or code. Earning commission is a material connection, which triggers the disclosure requirement under ASCI guidelines whether or not you were paid in advance, and whether or not the post is positive.

Do I really have to label every post as an ad?

Every post that carries your link or code, yes. A post that simply mentions a product you bought yourself, with no link and no code, is not advertising.

Is #ad in the hashtags at the bottom enough?

No. The label has to be prominent — in the first couple of lines, visible without expanding the caption. Buried in a hashtag block is exactly the placement the guidelines call out.

What about stories and reels?

The disclosure must be visible on screen, and long enough to actually read. Saying it aloud without showing it is not sufficient on its own.

Can I use your logo in my video?

Ask first. Showing the product with its label on the packaging is fine; placing our logo as a badge on your own content can imply you are speaking for the brand.

Can I promote a competing supplement brand as well?

Yes. There is no exclusivity clause. Do not use our images in that content or imply you represent us.

Do you have a media kit or brand assets pack?

Not currently. Use the product photographs from the website, and ask us if you need something specific.

Tax, invoices and changes to your terms

Read the article →
Is TDS deducted from my payout?

Nothing in the dashboard deducts anything — the amount raised is the amount you requested. How the payment is treated on our side is a question for us directly, so ask before your first withdrawal rather than assuming.

Do I get an invoice or a TDS certificate?

Ask us. We can send a statement of your earnings; anything beyond that depends on how the payment is handled, which we will confirm.

Do I have to declare this income?

Commission is income. We cannot advise on your tax position — speak to an accountant, particularly if you earn from several brands.

Can the store reduce my commission rate?

The rate on your account can be changed and would apply to future sales only. Commissions already recorded are not recalculated, and the split on codes you have already created is fixed at the moment you made them.

What happens if the terms change?

You are asked to accept the new version before your next withdrawal. Your acceptance history is kept, so it is always clear which version applied when.

If my account is closed, do I lose what I have earned?

No. Commission on orders already delivered and cleared is still paid, including where an account was suspended.
